Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to roofing, guttering and pressure washing services provided by SN Roofing and Maintenance. By requesting a quote or instructing works, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are based on information available at the time of survey. If unforeseen issues are discovered during works (for example, hidden structural damage), we will discuss any required changes before proceeding.
Scheduling
We will agree a start date with you. While we make every effort to keep to agreed dates, severe weather or other factors beyond our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed before works commence. Unless otherwise stated in your written quote, payment is due upon completion of works. Larger projects may require staged payments, which will be specified in your quote.
Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and ensuring the area is clear of obstructions. Please inform us of any known hazards before works begin.
Liability
We carry out works with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or issues that become apparent only during the course of works, but we will notify you promptly if such issues arise.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your written quote.
